She is the CEO of Creative HRS, which supports corporate reform and restructuring. Tolulope is one of Nigeria’s youngest Broadcasters, book editor and publisher on primary, secondary and tertiary textbooks. She has experience in HR of over 13 years at Shell Petroleum Development Company driving a change in policy for equality of male spouses accepted as authentic dependants of female staff.
