I. Develop Communication and Stakeholder Management program for the QCOGA to
address identified priority areas.


II. Drive rebranding of QCOGA.

III. Drive the day-day liaison of QCOGA with

a. QC Management
b. Parents-Teachers Association
c. QC Non-Teaching Staff
d. Federal Ministry of Education and other related FG agencies
e. Lagos State Ministry of Education and other related agencies
f. Donor and Multi-lateral International Agencies
g. Other Old Student Associations (Peer learning, Joint Lobby, Benchmarking)
h. National and State Houses of Assembly
i. Other stakeholders

IV. Identify triggers for involvement of EXCO.


V. Ensure effective management of the QC and QCOGA brand.


VI. Ensure effective perception management.

VII. Provide written feedback to EXCO monthly and report to the general meeting in line with the approved annual meeting calendar.
