Mobola has an excellent background as an HR Generalist and Specialist. She has over 16years HR experience gain from various sectors of the economy –Insurance, FMCG, Aviation, Telecom, Publishing, Media Production and Manufacturing, which has given her a vast experience in developing and implementing Human Resource strategies to achieve diverse organizational goals in both Nigeria and United Kingdom.
Mobola is also an Event Management Consultant and owns an event company. She is a trustee on the Board of Serependity Widows Ministry, a counsellor and has a passion for youths and children.
