Shirley is a seasoned educator with global experience and reputation in this field. She worked several years with orphanages Including Child Transit Home, where she received letters of Appreciation from the Lagos State Government. She also worked with an NGO (the Pastor Bimbo Odukoya Foundation) focused on supporting homeless pregnant teenagers.
As the President of Queen’s College Old Girls Association (QCOGA), she spearheaded several projects including raising of millions of naira for the college and procurement of air conditioners and Solar Panels for the school through the QCOGA sets and chapters respectively.
