A UK-qualified Chartered Accountant, with an Economics degree from University of Manchester, ‘Yemisi retired from Shell in 2015 as MD, Shell Nig. Closed Pension Fund Administrator. She has served on the Nigerian Stock Exchange Council; been Vice Chair, Pension Fund Operators’ Association; Executive Board member, WIMBIZ and Chair, LEAP Africa.
‘Yemisi is now engaged in Non-Executive roles, chairing NASCON PLC’s Board, and is Non-Executive Director, Guinness Nigeria PLC and Stanbic Pension Fund; and several NGOs.
