Solape currently works with the Alumni Relations team at Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University. She has varied experience in relationship management, fundraising, marketing, broadcasting, and accounting. Her work experience spans over twelve years in different sectors namely; education, consultancy, banking, pension fund, and LASG.
In 2010/2011, she participated in the fellowship programme of the FATE Institute for Venture Design in collaboration with Stanford University, California to develop sustainable ventures that will solve some of the problems facing Africa. She is also involved in mentoring and support for youths in my basic Christian community and a member of the Advisory Board of the Justice Development and Peace Commission, Atan Ijebu-Ode.
